A tribute to Pauline

Pauline's Daughter was created as a tribute to my mother, Pauline—a woman whose courage and resilience shaped my life. She came to Canada in the 1970s through the Domestic Worker Program, carrying little more than hope, determination, and an unwavering belief that a better future was possible.
Through every challenge, she never stopped striving for more. Her resilience, compassion, strength, and countless sacrifices laid the foundation for generations to come. She taught me that true success is measured not only by what we achieve, but by the opportunities we create for others.
Pauline's Daughter is a reflection of her legacy. It was built to honour the women who came before us and to empower the women who will come after us. My mission is to carry forward my mother's legacy by helping women discover their purpose, build confidence, overcome barriers, and achieve their fullest potential.
Every woman deserves the opportunity to dream boldly, lead with confidence, and create a legacy of her own. Through Pauline's Daughter, I hope to inspire that journey—just as my mother inspired mine.
Our Mission
To empower young women from marginalized communities through mentorship, arts-based learning, and leadership development by providing safe, inclusive spaces where they can build confidence, discover their potential, and develop the knowledge, skills, and support needed to pursue post-secondary education, meaningful careers, and lives of purpose.

We envision a future where every young woman, regardless of her background or circumstances, has equitable access to mentorship, creative opportunities, and the resources needed to thrive. Through confidence, education, artistic expression, and community leadership, we aspire to cultivate a generation of resilient, compassionate, and empowered women who create positive change in their schools, families, and communities.

Mental Health & Well-Being
We prioritize the emotional, social, and mental well-being of every participant by creating safe, supportive spaces where young women can build resilience, strengthen self-esteem, and develop healthy coping strategies. Through mentorship, arts-based practices, wellness workshops, and meaningful peer connections, participants are encouraged to express themselves, care for their mental health, and thrive with confidence.
Education & Career Readiness
We empower young women to achieve their academic and career goals by providing mentorship, post-secondary planning, career exploration, and exposure to diverse educational and professional pathways. Participants gain the knowledge, confidence, and support needed to make informed decisions about their future while learning from mentors whose lived experiences reflect their own.
Life Skills & Leadership Development
We equip young women with practical life skills that prepare them for adulthood and leadership. Through interactive workshops, participants develop communication, financial literacy, critical thinking, problem-solving, goal setting, conflict resolution, time management, and leadership skills. By combining these experiences with creative expression and community engagement, participants become confident, independent, and compassionate leaders who make a positive impact in their communities.
